Valerie did an excellent job selling my duplex in Appleton. The duplex needed some work and one of the tenants caused numerous issues that made showings really difficult, but Valerie rolled with the punches and showed extreme professionalism in dealing with the issues. Also, with this being my first time selling a property, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She offered plenty of great advice and I always feel like I could trust her suggestions to make the right decision.
