Val Fazendin is everything you could want in a real estate agent and then some! She was our partner through the whole process: searching for a home, negotiating the purchase, and communicating with the selling agent as necessary. She also provided good recommendations for contractors and other services following the sale. She's very knowledgeable of neighborhoods, real estate trends, school reputations, and interior design.
