Valerie is Top Notch
Valerie did a great job all around. She was available and compiled a great list of properties for me to look at. Her understanding of the market and her many years of experience helped me determine realistic prices for homes and what amount of money would be needed to fix problems. She gave me realistic advice on how to negotiate for the best price possible for my new home and was able to to help me get a new roof and money for an AC from the seller. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to use her and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
