Valerie is an absolute star! She is not only very knowledgeable, but also super responsive and easy to work with. We are a first time home buyers and were looking for a house in Walnut Creek area. Valerie recommended and arranged all necessary inspections - such as general, pest, pool or chimney. She would also analyze and provide her overview and a summary of all inspections. After general inspection results came back, she recommended sewer inspection. It helped us to save a lot of money because apparently system needed to be fixed and sellers paid for sewer system change! With Valerie's help we found our dream house in few weeks (I know!!!!!). After we gave an offer and had all the inspections results, she advised on how we could fix things around the house ourselves and what, in her opinion, are more important fixes. Furthermore, she would send us dates and the "agenda" of all we will need to do prior closing, that helped us to buy a house stress-free because we knew exactly what's what is coming. We loved working with Valerie and are so grateful for helping us buy our beautiful dream home!
