Valerie is nothing short of amazing. I was very stressed by my wife's illness (she has been in the hospital for the last 8 weeks) so was trying to handle the sale while working full time as a busy surgeon - Valerie stepped up and did EVERYTHING. She managed to make the necessary contractual repairs on the house spending her own money and then asking me to repay her via Venmo! And she did it with a smile and with reassurance to me that all would be fine - we closed two days ago and it was so smooth. Her picture is exactly as she appears - always smiling.
