Valerie is a real gem. I had to sell my property through a 1031 exchange, which involves at least 3 parties: buyer, seller and intermediary, not to mention 2 title companies and 4 real estate agents. Valerie was incredibly responsive to everyone, facilitating the transaction for whatever was needed by offering her assistance. Valerie also had only 7 days to secure an offer on my property and then 21 days to close the sale. Throughout, she was steady under pressure and kept the transaction from stalling. Valerie was also diligent in how she marketed the property, hosting numerous open houses and making sure that the property was properly staged and photographed. Certainly, selling one’s home is a very stressful transaction under the best of circumstances. Valerie’s knowledge and attention to detail, coupled with her being a lifelong resident of the area made all of the difference. Valerie is also very adept at finding and utilizing the proper resources to remove obstacles as they occur and get things done. She finds the right tradesman to solve a given problem and does not wait for it to solve itself. This includes communication with bankers, other real estate agents, painters, gardeners, carpenters and the like. Really, I cannot say enough about Valerie’s expertise and professionalism. Neither Buyer nor Seller could ever go wrong employing her as their agent.

As a first time home seller, the whole escrow process can be stressful. But Valerie walked me through the whole process and clearly explained to me each step along the way so I didn’t feel pressured or nervous.
