Valeria helped the reviewer buy this property

If you are looking for a professional real estate agent, Valeria Simpson is the agent for you.

Valeria staged and sold our condo last summer in 7 hours after the listing went public!! The pictures and video of our property were fantastic. This winter we called Valeria and informed her that we ready to purchase a new property. The next day she had three nice properties for us to visit, of which we selected one for Valeria to negotiate a purchase contact for us. The process could not have gone any smoother and exceeded our expectations. We were under a short timeframe to get an excepted offer and Valeria was able to accomplish the process within our 24 hour period while meeting all of our conditions for the purchase. Once we were under contact Valeria arranged the completion of the buying process, which included the inspection process through closing. We would highly recommend Valeria whether selling or purchasing a property. She has all of the qualities you look for in a professional real estate agent and we will absolutely use her in the future.
