I've bought and sold many homes in my 76 years. I have never worked with an agent as dedicated and involved in the sale of a house before! Val contacted us every day to se if we needed anything to help us with our sale and move to Georgia. She actively worked on getting the house and yard "sale ready". She helped get us professionals to do needed repairs like plumbing, deck repair, A/C maintenance, etc. The people she got responded quickly to do the repairs, no long waits for someone to show up.
