From the moment she called me I knew she was going to be my realtor. She made the experience of buying my house a very smooth one. Valentina always anwer your calls and she is very knowledgeable in the realtor business. I couldn't make it to the inspection of my house, but she went to and kept me informed and I really appreciated it. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you are signing all the documents you need to sign on time. My appraisal came in below the asking price and she was able to negotiate with the seller agent so I was able to purchase my house at the appraisal value. I love my home and it is way nicer than I was expecting to buy. Thanks to her work I'm a first time homeowner and for that I will always be grateful. She deserves a 10 out of 5 stars!
