I had a stellar experience in using Valencia as my real estate agent, who was recommended to me by a relative who had also had an excellent experience with her. Using her deep knowledge of the real-estate sector, she helped me to weigh the pros vs. cons of renovating the house prior to selling it in order to maximize the sales price. Given my tight timeline, however, we decided that it would be best to sell it to an investor in as-is condition. Using her extensive network of contacts in the investor community, she ensured that the open houses that she held were well-attended. We quickly found an investor who was willing to pay a fair price for the house and cover all closing cost. Valencia made the closing experience as quick and painless as possible by allowing me and the seller to review and sign all documents online. Throughout that process, Valencia was constantly in touch with me and the investor by telephone, text and email in order to shepherd things along. Thanks to her tireless intervention, we were able to close within 2 weeks! If I ever again plan to buy or sell a house in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, I would hire Valencia as my real-estate agent without hesitation.

I can't say enough good things about Valencia. I was in the market to rent out my home, and find a new home. Valencia went above and beyond for me. She found me the perfect tenant. Tenant and I are still going strong after two years with zero issues. Also, in my own search for a home, I was looking to rent in one particular area. When a rental became available in my desired neighborhood, Valencia went into double duty, and got me into that home. Valencia is by far the very best at what she does; knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and most importantly she truly care about her clients.

Mrs. Simmons is a gem. If I could reiterate all of the great comments the other reviews stated I would like to do so two fold. I can say selling the home was something that I did not want to do but Mrs. Simmons made the process smooth and stress free. Not to get into the weed of my situation but in short, I had a lemon and due to some unfortunate situation and I had to sell) Valencia made lemonade. Both parties were very happy. She negotiated all types of provisions whereas everyone left the table satisfied. I'm a bit of a eccentric personality to deal with and my situation with the home may have made it just a wee bit harder to deal with but not for Mrs. V. I actually smile and was very relieve when it was all said and done. I only gave 4 stars on "Negotiations Skills" only because we had some third party involvement and I wanted more than what could have been done. You can't get something for nothing and you sure can't give nothing and expect to get something. But she pretty much did so there another star...now it's 5. She went beyond the call of duty and she treated me like family, so thank you Big sis and you will receive many blessing because you bless the people you touch. And if you are reading this Valencia Simmons for President and if not definitely you number one realtor.

Valencia is the best agent that you can possibly work with. She's caring sincere, and very resourceful. Valencia helped me find the perfect little home for my son and his family who are extremely happy. I couldn't ask for nothing more to my children and grandson happy. Valencia was a blessing to us.
