The years of experience helped me so much. I was lost but she got me there. Valencia is able to speak with tenants who just don't care. She is able to speak with investors who care too much. You better understand she is one hell of a negotiator. If the property needs attention she knows who to call. Now I don't speak HOA, but she does.
