I was introduced to Valencia Marlowe by my out-of-state real estate agent niece to sell my deceased sister's single-family home. To my amazement, Valencia also knew my sister and lives in the same neighborhood. My initial meeting was a comfortable experience. Valencia was personable, professional, very knowledgeable of the real estate process, and she expressed a dedication to meeting our real estate needs. Throughout the process, she was caring, always showed a positive attitude, and was quick to respond to my concerns or questions. When there were delays or unexpected changes, Valencia stayed calm and immediately provided updates or solutions. I especially appreciate her compassion and willingness to help with matters outside of the typical agent responsibilities. Most importantly, Valencia got the job done! We received multiple offers for the house and was under contract within three weeks.
