Valen got involved, helped often in many aspects of the sale of the house. He took time during the first meeting to become familiar with the house and the family. He learned what was important. He was flexible in how much we wanted him to do, versus what he felt needed to be done. When asked, Valen took charge of letting people into the house to do what needed to be done to get the house ready for sale. His understanding of the local market allowed for setting a price point that was spot on. When offers came in, he was flexible in guiding the response and counters but firm in knowing what was reasonable. Through the entire process, Valen continued to work in a way that deepened our trust in him and in the process. We can't thank him enough for all that he did to facilitate the sale of the house and would stand ready to talk to anyone toward recommending him to represent in the sale of a home.
