Because of Val’s local knowledge and negotiating skills we found out we got the house the same night! There were a few times where I would get stressed (let’s face it, dealing with large amounts of money and home inspections, etc. can be stressful!) and Val was a calm and reassuring voice throughout the whole time. Bonus is you have her husband Chris too so between the two of them you always have someone to help or show up for you. We are so thankful for them and their help getting us into our forever home!

We were selling our house due to a job transfer. This came with a relocation agency. Valerie delt with all the moving parts of this process which was a great stress reliever. She was very easy to reach and responded to any questions very promptly.
