From start to finish, Val proved to be not only a seasoned professional but also an unwavering advocate for us while we worked to sell our father’s house. One of the most striking aspects of working with Val was her proactive approach to addressing all of the challenges that arose. She went above and beyond by picking up additional tasks as needed, from helping to connect us to partners for the estate sale, to putting us in contact with reliable and reasonable contacts we used for clean-out of the house. Whether it was staging the property for optimal presentation, or even assisting with paperwork, Val was always ready to step in. Moreover, Val demonstrated exceptional communication skills throughout the entire process. She kept us informed at every stage, promptly responding to any questions or concerns we had. Her transparency and honesty fostered a sense of trust, allowing us to navigate the selling process with peace of mind. This was especially important as we were out of state for nearly all of this process. We couldn’t have done this sale without her help. I cannot recommend Val highly enough. Her professionalism, expertise, and dedication to her clients set her apart in a sea of real estate agents.
