Saying she is the hardest working realtor is putting it mildly. She didn’t sugar coat anything! Her advise on everything we needed to do was what ultimately sold our house in one weekend of showings. We had others come in and just told us what we wanted to hear. Val came in was honest with us! She knew exactly what price point and knew almost to the dime what we would sell our house for. She made herself available every time we called or texted while getting the house ready for showing. If you want honesty, integrity, experience and a boat loud of laughs! Don’t walk but run! I’d pick Val and recommend her to everyone!! We ❤️you Val!!
