Uschi Fenton

Uschi was amazing to work with. We arranged an impromptu visit to central coast to view some properties. She made it happen, including setting up an itinerary to view 8 properties with one day’s notice. After submitting an offer and getting the house, she made sure we were always in front of our deadlines. Uschi does NOT “sleep” on the process. She is involved 100% of the time. But, What we appreciated the most about Uschi, is that she is a genuine person. No BS, not pushy, honest and just a genuine human. We don’t mesh well with sales people in general (no judgement, we just don’t) Uschi was far from a sales person, it felt like we were working with family. We would highly recommend Mrs. Fenton, in a heartbeat!

Uschi was fantastic. She was very responsive to all of our questions and requests and worked hard to accommodate our schedule since we were 3 hours away. She gave us a lot of information about the area and local community events. She quickly understood what we were looking for and followed up with us on our interest as houses that matched our needs come on the market. She provided sound advice as we negotiated our offer. As we went thru escrow, Uschi did a great job coordinating the inspections and following up on the a few minor items identified as well as tracking the various escrow tasks. I strongly recommend Uschi to anyone buying a home in the Atascadero area.
