I believe the key to the sale of our much loved but 30 year old home was her investment in pictures she had taken to market our property. I can't say enough wonderful things about Leasa!!!! This was an extremely difficult home purchase due to a lot of extenuating circumstances, such as the home having a pool in poor condition and the roof getting damaged just before closing. Our closing took several months due to all of these issues and more. Leasa helped with the process more than most agents I've worked with in the past. She was available day & night and was quick to assist with the various problems that arose. She even negotiated a new roof on an as is purchase when a storm damaged it just prior to our closing!!! Leasa knew local contractors, inspectors & various other people we ended up needing during this as well. Which made the leg work considerably less than it would have been normally. If I could rate her higher than 5 stars I absolutely would!!!!!!!
