URSULA Shields

I cannot sing the praises of Ursula Shields loud enough. I was a first time home buyer, and not the easiest person to work with because in addition to my lack of education about home buying my attention was super divided with my own work. Ursula was patient with the perfect dose of follow up to make things happen efficiently; she was kind, understanding and empathetic to what I was looking for and why; she kept me grounded, enthused, and informed throughout the entire process; she was super knowledgeable about what was out there and how the business works; she was a fantastic negotiator and communicator, which made all the difference; she showed great taste and talent and her professionalism what incredible. Ursula found my house (before it was listed), she made the sale happen with her smarts, knowledge, personality, and organization. I - in addition to my dog that she treated as kindly as her own - am SO GRATEFUL. From her first call about what I was looking for to the presents she left in the house for me to find when I used the key to unlock the door for the first time, she made this a perfect home buying experience.
