I was hesitant about the home-buying process at first. With the cost of housing on the rise, I did not think it would be possible to purchase a home on my own as a single mother of one. After being approved for DPA (Down Payment Assistance), I reached out to several realtors to guide me through the process. On top of that, she secured over $100k in DPA to help with purchasing the home, which brought my mortgage down to the rental price of my previous apartment. I can’t tell you how thankful I am for Ursula. Not only did she find my perfect first home, but she also blessed my daughter and me with a foundation to grow and flourish—a space to call our own!
