Everyone says they are the "best realtor in Yuma", but you have not met the best until you've met Uriel. We hired him after our original realtor didn't work out, a last minute decision as we attempted to sell a home that belonged to a family member. Uriel was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He was on time for his appointment(s). The listing was well written and thorough. He was very accommodating with our tight time schedule. The home was listed, we had an offer the next day, and the transaction went more smoothly than any house I've ever sold. Uriel even negotiated with the pest inspection company after they had cancelled my warranty. I'm not sure how many title companies there are in Yuma since I live out of state. The only thing I would have done differently was use a different title company. They did the bare minimum, which created more work for myself and also for Uriel. Despite the issues with the title company and the buyer's appraiser, Uriel kept the transaction moving forward. Uriel is great at communicating. He works on weekends and is always prompt with returning phone calls. Definitely recommend him if you are looking to sell your home!
