Paul was an excellent resource for selling my house. He did everything that his contract called for as well as keeping my husband and I updated with reports. He also was willing to set down and talk with us when requested during the marketing process. He answered or returned every phone call and relieved all anxieties during the selling process. While waiting for the closing date, he made suggestions as to what needed to be completed on our end for making the move out easier. I highly recommend and would use again if ever needed.

Paul was very helpful with determining the value of our house which ended up with no problem with the appraisal. We had a lot of showings, but it seemed the people either wanted an updated house or something for nothing. Paul kept our spirits up by telling us that houses in our price range take longer to sell and that the right person would eventually come along which they did - I take that came from experience with houses in our price range. Paul met or exceeded all contractual agreements as the realtor. My wife and I were well pleased with his work.

Our process was not text book material. It took months upon months to get to closing due to a natural disaster, a pandemic which left owners out of the country. I first met Paul 8 years ago when I moved too Cleveland TN and was looking for a house. I went through 3 agents, just trying to get a call back was a nightmare. Paul called me back in 2 minutes and was amazing. He knew the area so well and was on top of everything. Fast forward 8 years; Time to sell our house and move to another part of the state.
