Umala Mitchell-Palley

I worked with Umala Mitchell-Palley as a buyer with a difficult seller in March 2020. I just can't say enough about how amazing Ms. Mitchell-Palley is!! She was very responsive and alert, super sharp! She stayed on top of every single detail even when the details were tedious and difficult, she got us great deals with inspectors, and she was demanding, yet respectful, of all the parties (including me), leading to us to close a week early! I would recommend Ms. Mitchell-Palley to anyone and everyone, especially to YOU reading this review! She eagerly goes the extra 10 miles, making you feel like her only client even when you're not. She is a win win and WILL NOT let you down!

I had a reverse mortgage on my house and it was a very difficult time, it was during covid. That did not stop Umala from sticking with getting my house up and ready to sale. She had to deal with the buyers and my neighbors and still to negotiate a good deal for all of us. It took her longer dealing with the reverse mortgage people who were not very communicative. But at the end she was able to satisfy everyone. I will use her again and definitely refer her to my friends.
