Couldn’t Have Been a Better Experience

Ulrica was great. We were home shopping in Sarasota from New Jersey. She understood what we were looking for and only showed us homes that were relevant. She used face time to show us the prospective homes. Once we found something we were interested in, we flew to Sarasota. Ulrica arranged to get us live tour as soon as we landed. Given the competitive market, it was critical that we act fast. Ulrica counseled us on how to bid and how Florida laws work. Long story short, we got the house that day.
