We have just sold our home with Ulla, and I can’t rave about her enough! My husband and I were very impressed by her attention to detail, insider knowledge, and professionalism. We actually moved out a few years ago and rented the house for a while before finally deciding to sell. Ulla managed the situation with our renter expertly, even when the renter was difficult near the end of the lease. She figured out how to quickly turn the property into being market-ready — she arranged for repairs and cleaning while we were away, staged it beautifully, and brought us two offers the first week it was on the market. As we were remote during the whole process, she was on hand and immensely helpful throughout the settlement process. Her initiative and timeliness prevented many potential issues from cropping up.
