Udis is someone I’ve known for over a decade. We first met when I was in high school, and I crossed paths with him again when I went to college. Let me tell you, he’s one of the best real estate agents out there! My family was struggling to sell our house after it burned down, so I reached out to Udis. He was able to get our house sold in less than two months. After that, my family asked him to help us find a new home. The very first house we toured with Udis, we fell in love with, and he was able to negotiate a great deal for us. We toured the house on a Sunday and received a great offer the very next day. Throughout both the selling and buying process, Udis was professional, kind, honest, and very communicative. One of the things my family loved about him is that he treats his clients with the same honesty he would his own family. It’s amazing that he helped us sell our home and find a new one all within three months!

Udis was very helpful with my wife and I, finding a home was not the easiest, especially the location that would benefit both of our comutes to work. In the end he gave great advice on we should look out for and helped us avoid a home that would be to much of a risk for us to take, he really was looking out for our best interest, and in the end we decided on a home that works well for me and my wife and that best fits our needs and budget.

Well to really say we didn’t know very much about how the process of finding and buying a home is much work is true. Udis was very helpful on every aspect of the process , he was transparent with use and very knowledgeable about what he does and answered every question and concerns we had. He was very kind and respectful when speaking to us and when showing us homes . He was very responsive and on top of things as they came along. We did not think it was possible but he made it possible ! And we thank him for that.
