Sebastian helped us to buy our first home and we couldn’t have been happier with the process. Not only was he extremely patient with our searching for the perfect home, but he also recommended us to his network of real estate professionals. His lender got us pre-approved as a self employed couple which made the buying process so much easier. Sebastian took us to multiple showings, wrote multiple offers, and communicated transparently the whole time. He listened to our needs and was relentless in sending us options that fit our budget. After we closed on the property he kept in touch to make sure everything in the house was working and he even called SCE on our behalf when we had an issue with the account transfer.
