Tyson helped my wife and I purchase our house in 2016. We had to relocate to San Francisco this year and we had exactly a month to try to sell our home. We contacted Tyson and he came and met with us the next day to come up with a plan. He was confident and very knowledgeable on a strategy to help get the home to sell quickly. Throughout the process Tyson responded to our questions and checked in regularly. From listing to close the entire process was completed in 3 weeks! We were completely satisfied with that timeline as we were already out of town at closing. Tyson negotiated quick closing and terms that fit our needs. Tyson is fantastic and very professional. Tyson was the third or fourth relator I met with when I was shopping for my house. I generally knew what I wanted but didn’t have very much knowledge of the kind of houses in my price range. Every time I asked to see a particular house, he responded promptly with when we could view it and made a short list of similar houses we could fit in on the same day. Every house we saw was a better and better fit until we found my home. Tyson was very knowledgeable of the Salt Lake valley and had many contacts for me to take advantage of when it came to financing and inspection. I loved my experience with him and have recommended his services to my friends. If I’m ever looking for another house, he’s definitely the guy I’m going to.

Tyson was awesome to work with. I did not feel pressured into anything I was not comfortable with and I felt like he had my best interest in mind.
