Ty did a good job to help us with the builder get the things done that needed to be done. Was always ready to jump in .

Our experience working with Tyrone was great. He was able to answer every question about the home we were purchasing, and did so in a timely manner. My wife and I also found him to be very genuine, and just all around good person.

Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about resources and has stopped by several times to check on us.
