My experience with Tyrone was rather pleasant. He was very familiar with my purchase area, the entire city of Baltimore. I wanted the perfect house in the perfect community, I just didn't know what community. He remained patient with me, even though I put the process on hold for a year to switch lenders. He found my dream home. Although the home had been renovated it still needed several repairs, primarily a roof. Tyrone not only got the sellers to put a NEW roof on the house but they also repaired everything on my inspection list! He even got my closing costs worked in!!!!! I am beyond happy. When the time comes for my next dream home, Tyrone is the only realtor I'll be calling.
