Tyrone helped my wife Aida and I buy our first home. We had so many questions about the process and we were not sure what to expect but Tyrone really came through and put our minds at ease every step of the way. Showing houses- Tyrone was very patient with us and showed us all of the houses we wanted to see. He was also very knowledgeable and conscious of the Covid-19 rules for viewing homes. He made sure to maintain strict safety protocols for both ours and the homeowners well-being. At each house, he pointed out key features that we had not noticed and also pointed out things we might need to watch out for in case we did end up making an offer on the house. Making offers and the negotiation process- Tyrone was very prompt in preparing our offer and he also made sure to include things in the offer/contract that would protect us in the event that things didn't run as smoothly as we hoped. He knew how to make our offer beneficial to us but also very attractive to the seller. He kept things running smooth throughout the inspection process and when we almost lost the deal due to a hiccup in the appraisal process, Tyrone personally took it upon himself to help us get through the sticking point and close the deal. Closing and moving in- Not only did Tyrone help us close the deal and buy our #1 choice of house that we wanted but he also helped me move our fridge into the house! Wow! What great service! He delivered us the keys personally and welcomed us into our new neighborhood by introducing us to some of the neighbors as well. Overall we are so pleased with our experience with Tyrone. He has been a great realtor and partner in this process. He guided us every step of the way and was patient throughout all of our questions and concerns. He also explained each step as we were going through with it and frequently let us know what came next. It made the entire daunting task of buying our first home very easy and smooth.
