Born and raised in the Philippines, entrepreneur and wakeskate athlete, Tynna Rau moved to Orlando after graduating from college to chase her dreams. After testing the waters on a few different career paths, her entrepreneurial spirit found its home in real estate. As an accomplished athlete, Tynna is no stranger to hard work, determination and commitment which has helped her provide excellent service to her clients. Aside from her commitment to excellent service, Tynna also highly values honesty, integrity and building a lasting relationship with my clients. As a Realtor, Tynna’s first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to their goals to achieve the desired outcome in every transaction. She strives to ensure that the home buying (or selling) process is fun, easy and stress-free. Her specialty is helping first-time homebuyers access loan and down payment assistance programs that can increase their buying power. She also has expertise in managing all of the details involved in relocating and ensuring the relocation experience is a positive one for her clients. Tynna is also an investor-friendly real estate agent, she’s a local market expert and understands the fundamentals of maximizing the investor’s profit. Her clients can count on her to be available any time of the day when they have a question or concern. When Tynna’s not assisting her real estate clients, she can be found on the water either wakeskating, surfing or underneath it free diving with her husband and friends. She also loves to travel and shoot film photography.

We love Tynna, Brandon and Winnie!!!

This review is long overdue. I met Tynna way back in 2019 and she has always had a pleasant personality. From time to time, I have seen good reviews from my fellow Filipinos on how good their experience was with Tynna. So when we were ready to move forward to sell our townhouse and buy a new home, I told myself that I will have her next as our realtor. Selling our previous property and buying a new home is not for the weak, but Tynna ensured that everything was coordinated and executed well--she reassured us and gave updates every step of the way. Tynna has been very respectful of our time and decisions. We loved working with her and her teammate/husband, Brandon...and of course their very cute assistant Winnie, who my daughter adores and loves so much. Tynna, Brandon, and Winnie--thank you again for the bottom of our hearts and we appreciate all the things that you have done for our family. We love working with you guys!!! Let's have lunch on our home soon!

Driven to greatness

I first reached out to her about a year ago. Our communication was a bit up and down, as we were both first-time homebuyers and migrants, and the process was quite challenging. But she was incredibly patient and understanding. She shared a wealth of advice and suggestions, but she also respected our decisions. She was that gentle yet firm nudge we needed to finally seal the deal on our first home. I’m so grateful to have met her and worked with her to make this wonderful house our forever home!
