Tyler was wonderful! Not only did he help us find a home within our budget and in the area we wanted, but he was personable, prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable. He would send us weekly emails of houses he thought would suit us and never pushed us to do anything we were not comfortable with. This was our first time buying a home and he took us through the process step-by-step. We will be using Tyler for all of our real estate needs!

From the very beginning Tyler was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and works very hard to help you find a home. He was very patient and met with us several times before we even started looking for a house in order to understand our needs. He spent a lot of time and research looking for homes that fit our specifications and was available whenever we wanted to answer questions and take us to see them. He eventually found us our perfect home and helped us throughout the negotiation and buying process. We had to leave the country for a couple of weeks at one point for a family emergency and he coordinated with the seller agent, our lawyer, the inspector and our mortgage broker to make sure everything went smoothly in our absence. He was with us every step of the way to explain every detail and make us feel comfortable with the process. I have already recommended Tyler to other friends I know who are on the house search and would absolutely recommend him to anyone else who is looking or thinking of buying a home in the future!

Tyler is someone who is very dependable. He has excellent communication skills and always stays on top of every steps to ensure the buyer and seller have a smooth closing. He had the right character traits to do this job. He is honest, respectful, polite, responsible/reliable, fair, confident yet modest, has perseverance and optimism.
