We had very specific needs and very few geographic preferences. Tyler was able to spot the home we wanted and needed in the first week. He recommended it to us but the home went off the market before we were able to view it. After 2 moths of searching, during which Tyler was very patient, professional and engaging, the home he had recommended to us in the first week came back on the market and that is the home we bought and love. During our negotiations and purchase Tyler was helpful in recommending professionals. On more than one occasion, his attention to detail spared us mistakes and extra headache and work down the road. He was helpful in guiding us when working with other professionals (contractors, loan officers, and listing agent) as well. We hope to work with Tyler in the future with any of our selling/purchasing needs.

What a great help Tyler has been to me and my growing family. We worked with a previous agent that could not get us the results we needed.
