Great, professional and quick responses. I got more money for my property by listening to Mr. Tapley’s advice than I did on my own. In fact I got so much more I could have paid for 3 times the closing cost and still walked away with more than if I sold on my own. All this plus I didn’t lift a finger, his team screened buyers, took pictures and even helped me locate a plumber to fix a leaking faucet issue for a very good price on short notice. When we (out of state sellers) needed someone to help us sell our property in Memphis, we reached out to Tyler and another highly rated realtor in the area. The other realtor said he'd get back to us and took several days to return our phone call. By then Tyler had already went by our house, taken a video of the property, and sent the video back to us with his professional opinion on how we could get the property sold and at what price. He has an excellent knowledge of the neighborhood, market, and real estate process. At his advice, we waited a couple of days to put our house on the market and touched up some areas of the house while leaving other areas alone. When the house listed, Tyler worked us through the offers, and we were under contract in very short order. Every step of the way, Tyler was very communicative (text, email, or phone). You can tell he has a lot of things going on, but he's really good at making time for you, his client. We were very comfortable with him running point for us. He made great recommendations and brought together an excellent team (associate, photographer, pool company, lawncare, attorney, etc.). When our deal almost fell through mere days before closing, Tyler was flexible, swift, and accommodating to get our house back on the market. He didn't miss a beat. Thankfully, the original deal worked out, and we were able to close. It really helps to have a good realtor working for you, and we're thankful that Tyler, from start to settlement, was on our side.
