Initially we listed our home as for sale by owner. After a month we knew we needed a realtors help. Tyler made contact with us to offer to answer any questions as homeowners selling our home. Tyler's approach was not pushy nor seeking info to use to "just get the listing". Other realtors reached out after Tyler who were pushy and demanding. We were blessed that we did not HAVE TO sell our home due to work or financial reasons but Wanted to sell our home to move half way across the US to be closer to our daughters and grand children. But Tyler was still invested 110% in getting us the best deal and not making this just a quick sale. He was there to answer any and all questions and give advice when we asked. At no time did we feel Tyler was putting our best interest aside just to get a sale. He kept us very informed and was easy to work with. He always did everything he said he was going to.
