I can't recommend Tyler highly enough! After about 9 months of working with another agent, we decided to switch and work with Tyler. He understood exactly what we were looking for and his responsiveness and knowledge of the area and market made it an easy and painless search. We found an amazing home that met all of our criteria and we couldn't be more thrilled. When we found the home we wanted, Tyler executed the deal flawlessly. A few of the things that impressed me during the negotiation and the closing process were his effective communication with the listing agent, the speed at which he drafted the contracts, and his expertise of the entire process, which allowed him to act as a trusted advisor to us.
