Tyler Lowman helped us buy a home in a seller's market where inventory was low, and it was difficult to find a desirable home in our budget. With Tyler's help, we were able to submit an offer on a home that took multiple offers and ours was accepted. This required Tyler's expert advice and market knowledge so that we could make the best offer (not the highest, but the best). Tyler went beyond the call of duty in selling our house.He gave us some good ideas on how to stage our house. Having a few open houses that went very well. He was able to deal with any problems that came up with our HOA. It also helped that he was very personable and was able to work with three different owners.

We just concluded the sale of our home with Tyler and cannot recommend him enough. We interviewed half a dozen agents and Tyler was the one my wife and I preferred. It can still be a gamble once the process starts but he proved to be great the whole way through. During the entire listing and sale Tyler was supportive of what we wanted to do and listened to what our situation and desired outcome was. We felt he was our advocate the entire time and he seemed to draw from a variety of expertise in real estate to give guidance and good advice. Most importantly he was always very responsive, even weekends and late evenings and would check with us to ensure we were happy with the way things progressed. We went into escrow very quickly but it did fall out. This part was also very important to us; when the circumstances changed and we didn't like the offer, rather than pressuring us to take whatever we could get, he encouraged us not to settle for anything we would be unhappy with. This could have resulted in a lot of time and energy spent without coming to fruition and the possibility that we would not relist until the spring but we always felt Tyler advocated for our best interests. This quality seemed unique in the industry and although we did fall out of escrow we were back in business two weeks later. He was very knowledgeable of the market, understood the industry very well and was flawless with negotiation. We are both happy to be references for Tyler to anyone considering him. We would not only recommend him to family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances and strangers on the street but would go with him again ourselves!
