As a first-time homebuyer, I was experiencing everything for the first time. Things seemed to be daunting. Once Tyler was on board - thanks to a recommendation - that all went away. We met, sat down, and discussed what I might be looking for, price range, and other options. Tyler went right ahead working on the case. We looked at many homes that were in my range until we found the perfect one. Once we had our sights set on the house, we had an inspection - where there was dismal news. Tyler helped negotiate with the seller and had them fix any problems with the house on their dime. They even installed a garage door, just so they can sell the house to us. After all that, Tyler was there helping finish up paperwork and then the keys were mine. Tyler even came in and installed a door of mine that was off the frame without any hesitation. I will be contacting Tyler if I need any other buying/selling needs.

My husband and I worked with Tyler for a few months before we found our perfect home. He was VERY patient, knowledgeable, and on top of all the new listings that may have fit what we needed. He worked closely with us and our accommodated our time frame we had during the week, sometimes seeing 10+ houses in one day. One thing that really stuck out to me was that we didn't get a sales pitch on every home. He told us the good and the bad of each house and gave us ideas of what we would need to consider if we ended with that home. When we finally found the house we wanted it only took a day from the time we sent the offer in to them accepting. He gave us great insight and tips on what we needed to do and in the end we literally got the home we had been wanting for years.

Tyler sold my rental house in Nampa in 2013 getting me the full asking price in a short time. He kept me informed And he took on tasks that would have been difficult for me because I was bedridden at the time.

It has been a year and a half since we bought our home with Tyler, but I do remember that he gave solid advise on offering prices based on how much competition there was for the house we bought. We were able to come in with an offer that was just barely better than the offers that other families made and it got us the home we wanted on the first try. The other thing I really liked about him was that when he was showing us houses, he let us explore the houses and come to our own conclusions instead of trying to tell us how it is. If a question was necessary he was able to explain well.

Tyler was gracious enough to work with us while we lived out of state to sell our Idaho home. He met our expectations throughout the process and made it as smooth as possible. We'd call Tyler again if we had the need to.
