We were relatively new to the Tampa area and had decided that after a lifetime of renting we were ready to dive into home ownership. Tyler was there with us through every step of the way. He helped to suggest neighborhoods based on on the parameters we had set, found some great properties to show us, and pointed out the good, the bad, and the ugly so we’d have a full understanding of what each property and area offered or what issues we’d face. We really appreciated his extensive knowledge about the market, different t neighborhoods, building structures and codes, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and the fact that he had measuring tapes of all sizes in his car at all times. When we finally found our home, he guided us through the offer, inspection, and sales process and we closed with an excellent deal on the house of our dreams. Even after closing he’s been there to guide us through the nuances of new home ownership. Real estate is such a roller coaster and we’re so grateful we had Tyler to take us through that ride.
