He was very open and honest about what to expect for tax increases, flood insurance, quality of the home, etc. The communication he provided consistently was impressive. He also sent us helpful tips, things to remember (like forwarding mail, shutting off/ turning on utilities, etc), and information about what to do in the weeks after closing. Home buying can be incredibly stressful and scary. Tyler's professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency helped ease all that. Hands down would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
