Tyler I cannot thank you enough! Danberry-thank you for having him on your team! He was the kindest, most patient, most knowledgable, and most prepared person for me in this entire process. To me, as a single person working through the housing market -taking on the buying and selling process simultaneously- while trying to make tough decisions on both ends, his support and insight were priceless. No matter what came our way, he was ready. Never did I have a question and he wasn’t right there with an answer or working to figure it out. I had very specific asks during our search for my new home and he helped me find exactly what I wanted. I didn’t feel pressured and I felt heard from start to finish. This was a very emotional process for me, he was calm and understanding and listened to everything I had to say-good or bad. I cannot speak enough praises about him and the experience he provided me as not only the seller, but a buyer as well. Tyler was the realtor for us to work with from the beginning! I wish we would have been introduced to him from the time we moved to the Toledo area. Tyler and I clicked from the 1st meeting. I expressed my concerns, wants, likes and dislikes of what I wanted and didn't want in a house. He listened and executed effortless. When offer after offer was being denied I was becoming unmotivated (naturally). He encouraged me to keep an open mind and know my house will come to me. His favorite line was "you will know your house when you know". It's a feeling I can't describe but he was right. I knew was "The House" soon as I seen it. He gave honest non-judgmental opinions when asked. I enjoyed house hunting with Tyler. As did my kids! Tyler was very timely, knowledgeable about real estate, was able to offer advice from his own experience.
