Initially I was hesitant to go with Tyler because he was a newer agent, and didn’t (at the time) have a lot of sales under his belt. However, Tyler won us over right away with his knowledge of Orlando. We didn’t have an area or a neighborhood in mind because my wife and I work on opposite sides of Orlando. Tyler was able to work with us and find areas where the commute (not just the distance) would be the same for both of us. We made it challenging because we had to have at least 3 beds 2 baths on a shoestring budget, with a garage, a yard, and I really didn’t want an HOA. But Tyler was able to work with us and was very accommodating. Some of the other agents we initially talked to (before we chose Tyler) made me feel embarrassed to ask for what we wanted on the budget we had. Tyler was not that way at all, he was very professional and respectful of our budget. He only showed us homes that met all our criteria, and helped us find houses in that sweet spot in the price range so that after negotiating for a new roof and electrical panel our final purchase price was still 10 grand under our budget on a 4 bedroom 2 bath in the perfect location. Tyler also was very good at communicating. I never felt pressured to do anything I didn’t want to do and was reassured that if we decided not to buy any of the houses we looked at at any point we could walk away at any point, and he would help us do it. That lack of pressure reassured me that we were making the right choices. Tyler is an Excellent realtor, and was absolutely the perfect one for us. He is not a rookie realtor anymore!

Tyler is a nice guy and responds really quick whenever you need to reach him. As a first homebuyer, he was really patient with the questions I had about the process and he is knowledgeable about investment properties which I was interested in. He also drove down from Orlando to show me homes which was a good distance away from these homes in the Davenport area. With homes selling quick, the property we got we offered a day after posting and eventually acquired it! Overall it was a pretty great experience!

My husband and I were looking to buy a place that we would live in for about a year and then ultimately rent out and we were doing everything remotely from our home in New Jersey. I reached out to Tyler and he ended up guiding us through this process. First off, I really appreciated Tyler's attentiveness and responsiveness. I rarely ever had to wait more than 5 minutes for him to get back to me on any question, which was really helpful when we were in time sensitive situations. Tyler has his own investment properties in Orlando and so was able to provide his own take on what renters in the area might be looking for and how we might assess different neighborhoods. He provided us with free access for several months (via a special discount code) to Bigger Pockets, an extremely valuable resource for real estate investing. Since we were not in Florida during the process, Tyler did everything he could to help us make our necessary assessments remotely, such as going to different homes and taking video of their interiors, coordinating an electrician to come during our inspection period, checking the house prior to closing to make sure the seller honored their commitments, etc. In all of this, he really went above and beyond. Not to mention, he's professional and generally nice to work with. I would definitely recommend Tyler for anyone looking to buy property in the Orlando area.

Gets the job done even even during COVID19 pandemic
