Tyler was extremely knowledgeable in prepping our house for sale and keeping us informed. He met with us multiple times leading up to putting our house on the market and gave us tips on what to spend time/money on to alter. He was always very honest about pricing and offers and how to proceed. He always provided new information in a timely fashion. We received a reasonable offer within 4 weeks in a slower selling market that we were happy to accept. Tyler was very patient with trying to find the perfect house and location. He was flexible with timing of viewing houses and we went out numerous times before finding the right house. He helped give pros and cons that we may not have seen but we never felt pushed in any direction. He helped with numerous communications with the selling agent as different issues arose.
