Tyler is amazing! Not only was this our first time buying a house, but my wife and I have a unique situation that added to the craziness of it all. We don't technically live together during the week, as she goes to school 5 hours away. The emotions of house shopping while not physically being together were a roller coaster to say the least. We would text Tyler constantly with questions or concerns, sometimes both of us would ask him the same thing (or opposite) because of our communication windows. Not only did Tyler make us more comfortable about the situation, but he exceeded our expectations in handling our "Bermuda Triangle" of communication. We ended up in the perfect community for the perfect price right before Christmas. None of this would have happened without him. He truly helped give us the best Christmas present we've ever had.

My wife and I sold our house with Tyler as our agent. The process was very smooth with no drama. This was the first house we have sold and Tyler explained everything clearly, making it simple for us. He was always easy to get ahold of and very helpful in every aspect. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the most money for our house. He is a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to work with.

As first time home buyers, the whole process can seem daunting. Tyler went the extra mile to make us more comfortable with the process. He was very responsive through the whole process by answering all of our numerous questions. We were able to close on our house quite quickly and Tyler worked diligently to smooth out and expedite the process which we very much appreciated! Tyler was always very friendly and made himself available almost any time of the day including weekends via text or email. He was even working while on vacation. Our move in day landed on his brother's wedding day, and he even stopped by early that morning because he arranged for us to meet the seller of the house and get a walk through from him. It was greatly appreciated!
