He set up a same day showing, and he helped me place an offer that very night. There were four other showings on the first day, and there was even another offer placed on the first day. Tyler used various strategies to make sure that my offer was attractive to the seller without overexposing me to financial burden. They accepted by offer, and I was able to get the property for exactly the appraised value. I highly recommend Tyler, and I plan to use him again for my next purchase.
