Mr. Brown Was great to deal with, We were one of his first couples to work with him. New to the Greensburg area. We had him show us six different homes in different locations over Decatur County and answered questions about the area and the homes and he was eager to show us all of the homes and answered his phone or text back every time we had a question about the homes we were choosing from. we had a budget going in and he showed us a house over budget and told us that he thought he could get it for us still on budget. We loved the house but were strict on our budget. Two days later we received a phone call from Tyler and he said that he got the cost down and it was $2,000 under budget! to say we were very pleased with Tyler is an understatement, I would recommend anyone in Southern Indiana to contact Tyler Brown for help buying or selling houses.

He was extremely responsive, resourceful, and insightful, helping me to understand what questions to ask and the pros and cons of each property so that I could make an educated decision.
