Tyler was incredible! We looked at a ton of houses trying to find the right area for my family. He was perfectly happy to do this and encourage me to look at as many areas as needed. He also provided insight into all the different towns in the Boulder area, eventually we honed in on a home in Louisville. He was very diligent in working with a non communicative sellers agent. Tyler helped my husband and I buy our first home. We were both completely new to the process and Tyler was beyond helpful and patient with all of our questions. With the market being how it is, you need to act fast and I felt that Tyler was incredibly attentive to new houses on the market and the timing of showings, offers, etc. He also went to bat for us during the tough negotiation processes.
