Tyesha really assisted me with getting the best deal.And even though it became tough at one point because of what I had to cover on my own at closing because the appraisal brought the overall house value down. She didn’t just say at least it went down, she gave me the best options. And I really appreciate Tyesha for all her amazing work. I am very satisfied, and I’d love to work with her once more.

To start this is my first home purchasing, but not my first experience; which made this review easier to write because I now have had two experiences. Working with Ms.Mitchell was professional and enjoyable. When I first mentioned that I wanted to purchase a home Ms.Mitchell asked me questions to help me envision my dream home and to give me more of an idea that I would like, that I wasn’t even thinking about myself. The first day we went out to look at homes she showed me 6 homes all different styles just to get me more acclimated with different housing types. While we were looking at the homes she was very knowledgeable of the structure of the homes, the neighborhood, the value of houses within the neighborhood. One of my favorite things about home search in with Ms.Mitchell is when it’s time to go see you at home you are definitely see more than one or two a day. Ms.Mitchell was very understanding of my time frames, budgets, details and requests. She’s up early and available late. The communication was exceptional as well. She was always dependable call backs, texts and emails all avenues of communication was accessible. My closing process was also easy, because of her and her team. Ms.Mitchell was able to pick tell me what to except at closing even helped me break down my mortgage loan for better understanding. She was very patient, very professional, knowledgeable, accessible and overall enjoyable. I felt like she actually wanted what was best for me and my family which made this experience even that much more better. I recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home, she will not disappoint!
