Once I told Tye that I was a veteran, and that I found out that she was a veteran, I feel like I was in good hands! From the beginning from her knowledge, what to look for in a first home. She asked me and my wife what we wanted in a home. We wanted a ranch style, 3 to 4 bedroom, 2 to 3 bathrooms, and a backyard for our dogs to run in. From that day on, she kept in contact with us and stayed constant with communication and new properties to venture. There was a lot of hits and misses but after a couple months of close calls with trying to find a home. We finally found one within our price range and reasonable distance to commute. I want to thank Tye for her, for all her hard work and expertise, because in the past, we tried to find a home. But we did not end up with the same outcome. During through the whole process, she reassured us that everything will work out in the end. And she definitely kept her promise of that.
